Starting his journey in 2020 as a construction labourer, Bailey quickly showed promise and commitment, which led him to pursue and successfully complete his carpentry apprenticeship. His exceptional leadership qualities and technical expertise have since earned him the position of Site Foreman.

Throughout his tenure, Bailey has consistently displayed a commitment to professional development, actively pursuing additional certifications and training programs to enhance his trade expertise.
